WadeCo Specialties, will never place profits or productivity over safety or compliance. Safety is and must be the foundation of every action we perform.

Our employees are our most valuable asset. Their safety and health is an integral part of all of our processes and the first priority in all aspects of our business.

Management & Employee Responsibilities

  • Management will provide a safe workplace and implement and enforce policies to eliminate unsafe acts and hazards.
  • Management will investigate all accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions developed to prevent future occurrences
  • Management will continuously review and improve safety policies and procedures in all aspects of its operations.
  • Employees will comply with established health & safety policies, regulations and procedures.
  • Employees are expected to not only accept responsibility for their safety, but to be an advocate for the safety of others.
  • Employees are expected to report hazardous conditions or actions in the workplace and where possible make corrections to eliminate such hazards.
